Wife filed case to separate from parents what can be done

Actully my wife put case on my father 354.but before it was 354a.she compalaint in women cell abóut dowery.but i have not taken even single penny.women cell reports said that girl is lieing about dowery .she then again compaint to ssp that my women cell not hear her properly then again compaint mark to police sho .then he also refuse dowery report .means its in my fouver.and after 354 my father want to session court for bail .session refused .then my father want to HC for anticipatory bail.Hc gives me stay on arrest .now they given me dates ..what shoul i do to safe my father .what action should i take ..she only wants me to seprate from my parents.What should I do?
You should file quashing of FIR before its too late. Its a trend now days to to involve elders in false cases where dispute is between couples. Courts also take cognizance of this very fact that parents are deliberately named by the girl in order to harrass them.

Section 354 outraging modesty of women. Thats not simple as it seems. Before filing for bail application you should have filed inquiry in the office of commissioner. You habe unknowingly indulge yourself. But its not late. File inquiry to the commissionrate in yoyr district if you are living in urban area or to DiG if yoy are in rural area... wait for the report and if report is positive file quashing in high court. Thnks
