Wife filed a false domestic violence case threatening to take kids

wife has filled false 498a case, dv, and dowry section 4 . i am my parents got ab and got the same permanent. she left two daughters with us while police came and she left the house. aged 4.5 and 2.5 years. now she is treating to me that she will take kids and torture if i don't pay her money. she is mentally not normal, but not even mad as per doctors. she used to beat kids. no divorce case has been filled. her family is rich and we are not every rich, what should i do to save my daughters
