Hello sir, I am a victim of 498a,323,3/4 case as there was no dowry and it has been around 3 years and chargesheet also filled in which IO removed 4 person out of 7 as per his understanding . we all are on regular bail and my wife is not coming in court post filling the case when we are regularly going to court on every date.In meanwhile my wife also register him on jeewansathi.com for new marriage and possible that she would have got new marriage but i cant check it as my wife belongs to other state which is so far to me.Now i want to know how to come out from this case and get divorce from him as she is not coming to any hearing in court and save my rest life to this horror.
