Wife diagnosed with epilepsy, husband files fraud case against her

I diagnosis epilepsy before marrirage but i m telling all truth to my husband.after marriage within 10 days i know my husband don't have job. he know that before marriage but did not tell me. i am very shocked and i have an attack after marriage 2 times. he filed me fraud case. how should i do? because i m telling all truth before marriage. he want now divorce. not completed 1 yr of marriage. is this fraud?

Whatever happened with you is unfortunate. As you have mentioned marriage was solemnized a year back. In this case fraud or void and null marriage provision will not attract. You know it very well weather you can continue this marriage or not. If you feel that its not worth then you have option to get legally separate. But before deciding any terms and conditions consult to a lawyer to get your rights enforced and secure your future.

No This is not a fraud because he knowingly gave consent to marry with you. In fact you can take this defence in this case. And also you can give him divorce with conditions that he should give give your maintainance as well as finance for medical treatment .
