My wife raised false cases 506 IPC and 364 IPC which are false and fake..now enquiry done and it proves they are fake ..now they also threat to kill and harm me and my family and impulse in false cases,how I stopped him and how I stopped his false cases and secure my family from there threats..
There is no way to restrain any person to file any suit against any person but u have the opportunity to file objections and defend any case file against u on the basis of ground available to u and if u prove that no action against u can be taken but u have to face these cases prima facia
