Why was my motion to dismiss denied

06-Mar-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I was richly charged with domestic violence. My lawyer recently put in a motion to dismiss because of defect in the Institution of prosecution and in the charging document. Why was it denied?

The order dismissing your application needs to be seen before making that comment, sir. If you could send it to me, I'll be able to help you better after going through the same. You'll be contacted soon by my team. Thank You!

Dear clinet Your motion being denied could have many reasons which one can only assess after perusing your petition and court order. You have the option to appeal the same before the appellate court Feel free to get in touch to discuss further

For Rejection/ dismissal there can be several reasons. Firstly, they must have mentioned in the order reason for dismissal. Secondly, if there is no proper ground found then it generally leads to dismissal/ Rejection.
