HI
If the police are refusing to accept the Complaint, you can file a complaint in the court under section 190 of Cr.p.c or Section 200 Cr.P.C
Filing a complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C is better as courts will ask police to investigate.
When a complaint is filed through court, police will be cautious in their investigation .
If the crime committed is of value greater than Rs100 Crore, you can file the compliant to the CBI.
If the crime committed is of value greater than Rs50 crore, you can file the complaint to CID
if the crime committed is of value greater than Rs30Lakhs, you can file the complaint to central crime station or to the Superintendant of Police (IPS officer)
