When is best time to file counter complaint against complainant

complainant file false private complaint. I won discharge petition. I want file defamation, ipc 196, 209, 211 complaint against complainant. Do I make application in before magistrate or ask police to register FIR against complaint

You can always approach the police station according to your jurisdiction and file a complaint in writing against the accused for registration of FIR. If the police officials fail to entertain you then you can anytime go to the magistrate under section 156(3) CrPC.

Now, nothing will fall under IPC. Rather, it would come under Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023, and you must lodge a complaint with your nearest police station. If the police does not register your complaint then you can approach the jurisdictional court in this regard.

You have to the file the defamation suit before magistrate directly only after the time filing of appeal is over rather than going to police and need to adduce the order sheet of the present case. You can go for civil or criminal defamation. For more information you can contact me

after 2 years of f.i.r, IO filed a charge sheet in MM court Delhi, Shall i apply for bail before next date on 28 Jan 2025 ? which type of bail we needs to take regular of anticipatory? suppose if i don't have any know person who can give my bail, can i give fixed deposit on my name
