Hello client , i have gone through the query you have sended here on law reto.com regarding the marriage of a 20 yrs of young boy with a girl of 17 years of age in this condition the the family of the girl is a;lready filled a criminal case on the boy regarding thiss issue it might be a case of 363,364,376 ect,in this situation the condition is very serious for the boy to get skip from the criminal case .there are few thing according to which the boy can still skip the cases and can lead a happy married life but its will only be possible if you immidiately consult the lawyer . thanks

Nothing if you are not Muslim. If you are a Hindu, you need to wait for another year at least. Your marriage will be voidable plus you can be charged with kidnapping, rape and other offences. It will be best if you do not marry the 17 year old.
