What to do when the criminal has got bail under section 307?

Criminal has got bail after 2 months, charge sheet is filled now what will be the court procedure? ? And how can l cancel bail because he can harm our family again??

file a bail cancellation before the hon'ble high court stating the fact of the chargsheet and the contention stating the anticipated harm which he can do or is doing right now in the concerned case , even elaborate the previous crime record if they have

Hello you are left with one of the option of cancelling the bail application at high court but there should be a genuine reason of threat to you because if there will be no any reason then the petition filed in High Court can be dismissed so we need a genuine reason that the person released on bail can tamper the evidence or he can be a major threat to you ! Thanks
