What to do when daroga refuses to release boat after taking bribe?

I have 100000rs paid to daroga inspite of discharge the boat but he filed 379/411 section and said that first brings the bailpaper of boat he mentioned in fir that when he taken Custody and all men are fled away so pls tell me what we have to do next

I need some clarification of facts. As per your words you will have to release the boat through the court.
Both the sections are non bailable so, you will have to move for anticipatory bail if arrest apprehended before sessions court or if arrest you will have to file an application for regular bail before the court of magistrate or sessions as applicable.

Why and on what pretext u had paid Rs. 1 Lac to Daroga. U himself invited the problem.If the boat is of yours how can 379 & 411 inflicted upon u. U have no other option but to get the boat release through court
