What to do so that case is disposed

After so many warrants and summons to the witness, they are not present in the court for evidence even after the magistrate has given witnesses the last chance. Even though my case is not disposed by the magistrate, what to do

Well, let the Non Bailable Warrant get issued by the Judge, then, they will be compelled to appear before the Judge. If they won't appear, Court will have to issue an arrest warrant against them. If Police won't be able to trace out them for arrest, then, we will request court to suspend the concerned Investigation Officer whose responsibility is to trace such witnesses and arrest them
