What to do since police not returning license even after paying fine?
21-Dec-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Traffic police took my Driving License due to red light jumping. they are saying the license is suspended for 3 months. I gave a fine and i also have the challan copy. How can i get my license back?
Where is you license wright now is it court/police, First clear it that police cant't suspend you license without the court order after that you have to file an application to reuse of your license by the court after that where is you license you can take after the court order if court allow your application.

For jumping red light if you have paid fine did they give you receipt if yes your challan might have reached in court. Apply before concerned magistrate . request him to concern police wala & let him reply . in case of need you may contact me for help. Adv Avdhesh chaudhary
