what to do in a criminal minded relatives situation

few months ago i had fight my uncles, since then they are not allowing me to enter our combined family home. also they are not allowing my father and mother to call me. my little sister n brother are under their pressure. my father got 22 lacs as a legal heir of his deseased bro. so i am worried about it too. i want to restrain them from doing anything to my parents like not taking my fathers thumb sign on bonds etc And also i want to go home and stay with my father mother sis n bro as their support. what to do in this situation? whther file a complain or file a case. and how.

For now as a primary step you can approach the police station and file a complaint stating all the above mentioned contents. in future this complaint will prove to be of my great help to you and you would be in better position.

you can go to the nearest police station and file an affair under the provision of IPC for wrongful restraint rangpurishable office under IPC the police will take action mention all the details as soon as you meet your parents get a will registered for you all siblings
