What to do if there is no judgement in the case

My wife filed a case against a government employee for endered my house without permission abused threatening to kill etc . Statement before magistrate given but no decision so far from the court. No summon to against the employee.2 years have passed. What should I do ?
Dear sir please tell me about nature of your case is that Complaint case or you lodged f.i.r. against them. If you file 156(3)cr.p.c. and judge not doing any order many date then you should go to high court in sec 482 cr.p.c
