How can i setal this mater with victim she want money aganst stelment.she want and she can change her statment after 164 statment. She is agree for sealatment .and after that what is procidure after her statment.court can be relise that person.

If the person who is not victim of any incident and has given fake statement under 164 and demands for money to settlement then get any evidence what she demanded and take action against her and yes your family member can be released on behalf of fake statement.
