First of all , Sorry to respond you little bit late.
Dear, You are not provided the area you are belonging from but as you mentioned in your complaint i guess you are from some taluka place of Gujarat. After went through with your matter i am suggesting you to directly file your complaint at your region IG office or meet directly to IG Sir and discussed your matter. I hope you will get good support from there.
Second consult any lawyer to file direct compliant in court also in case of your complaint is not entertain at IG Sir level.
