What to do if the police is acting badly with me and my sister

In a well organised crime Shivajinagar police station in Pune has killed my sister by mentally torturing/harrasing her through their agent mistress, The police has bribed Judges and the Advocates to cheat my sister in a civil case regarding her divource forced upon her. The police manhandled and applied third degree to us to get the desired results from her. Despite giving full evidences, Shivajinagar police Pune systematically avoiding to register a crime by holding deliberate wrong inquiry. The police is handiling the case in a very unconstituion/illegal way caste Hindu
In this scenario when all police, lawyers and judicial officers are conniving with each other. The last resort is to file a writ of mandamus directing police authorities and judicial officers to take appropriate action after proper inquiry..

Sir, if the local police has bribed the judges and the advocates of Pune against you then i would recemmend you to write a complaint to the highest officials in the police department itself and to the CM of the state sighting all the allegations, for inquiry into your allegations and in that complaint also mention that the investigation into the matter be also made by the competent authority and not by the local police. Hope it help, otherwise file a writ in the HIGH COURT.
