What to do if the police invaded by house without any notice

A Case u/s 498A(3/4) was registered against me . Inquiry Officer not intimated me. Not did any enquiry and submitted chargesheet in court. Police invaded my house vehemently to arrest me.
You may file anticipatory bail application before the District session court after obtaining copy 0f complaint or F.I. R. The court may grant you bail and only after that police will not disturb you.

First you have to file an anticipatory bail application before court and save your self from getting arrested.
Police cannot arrest you without the arresting order of the court.
The police must has to serve you a notice u/s 41(a) of cr.p.c.
For the purpose of arrest, police will file requisition to court.
