What to do if someone ran away with money

Someone in my relationship was a member of kameti which I know is not kinda legal in India. Someone ran away with her money, what possible actions she can do?

Hello, If there were transaction through internet, then at least we can go ahead and ask for recovery. But if they were not, then we will have to see how we can establish the fact to the effect this it was a friendly loan and ask for recovery. Best, Sishmita

If someone ran away with your money you have several options, you may register an FII are against the culprit under section 420 406 120 BIPC. Even if you are running a committee And the other person has run away with your money first of all you are required to lodge a criminal complaint in the nearest police station thank you

Actually you are that committee are not recognised and are covered under Moid act in mumbai, actually that me person whosoever is operating shall be liable under the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1999 (MPID Act). We can deduce a strategy to arch in the accused under cheating and above said act to get your hard earned money.
