19-Dec-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Sir, i am married woman living in mumbai with husband, recently i have shifted my parents in my building at different flat. Due to plumbing issues today i called plumber from slum area for fixing water issue. He didnt find any problem in my parents flat and he said he wants to check my parents flat owner flat pipes which are at ground floor. While checking he got an shock from electric wirings and now he died in that flat only. At the same time i was working in my own flat. Now, the plumbers family is asking me for compensation of 5 lac. as i am not a working woman and my husband doesnt help me at all and he hates my parents ( Aged parents). How to deal with Plumbers family. In a building it is against to fit an tank inside the flat as per society rules. Still we fixed and now such a incident happen. Now, Society is trying toput me in trap. and 5 lacs compensation + saying have to go jail. Please help urgently.

Dear client, i will suggest you regarding your query, that you dont have to worry. The plumber was related to plumbing work not to the electrical work or else if he is engage in both or he is doing both work then he is aware about all the electrical wire regarding the fitting and else. You don't have to worry. For further need call me or mail me.
