my girlfriend has filed a false 375 case against me after our relationship soured what should i be doing in this case i feel the police and the my girlfriend are hands in glove and press additonal false charges against me
Retain,search and collect the evidences in your favour and go for FIR quashing in the high court.it may help.
And if it doesn't happen then,face it and fight in court by engaging an advocate of such field...
