Greetings When a complaint is filed by the complainant the judge orders summons (notice) to the accused to appear before the court. It is like a SOP to intimidate the accused that case is going on and you have to appear before the court. The accused has to present with his advocate Thank you

This is a summoning order in court paralance. The complainant might have to now deposit costs for service etc. However, for accused persons the remedies of challenging this order is open. Also, new code has additional safeguards which may be explored.

hello dear client you can mark your appearance before the Hon'ble court by representing yourself through legal counsel or you can file Memo of appearance application so that your appearance can be marked also ask for copy of the complaint Thanks and regards adv mehak bhatia

The complainant is supposed to file process fee(PF) and copy of complaints as per court directions within the given time. Otherwise the summons won't be issued. the ahlmad will tell the procedure of his court and the PF is supposed to be fuled accordingly.
