hello you can file a civil suit before the district court and with the help of evidence you can prove that the house or flat is with your own money you have purchased for further detailed discussion just contact us

As I understand the house is in the name of both of you- husband and wife. He can not claim the whole house by stating that he purchased the house with the help of his mother. Even though his mother really helped him in buying the house she can not claim it back because it is a gift which she can not take back. On the contrary if the whole purchase money of the house was paid by you, then you can claim the whole property by showing that the name of your husband was added only for convenience. Regarding the notices and RTI filed by your husband, I would say that under RTI your husband will not be given personal information about you. What court notices he is sending? You can not stop him from sending court notices. If you are getting court notices then it means he has filed some case against you. You should answer those notices before court.

Dear Mam you already made a mistake if you purchased a house from your own money then why you put his name on registery .pls explain how you paid that amount? Do you have any proof of that "the price of that house is paid by you" if you have that proof so there is no need to worry otherwise you will be in trouble. Second thing don't let that house vacant in any condition. What type of RTI he is filing in your office you don't explain in your complaint so it's not possible for me to answer about that are you working in a Govt Office? And there is no need to worry if he sending notices on your office you can also do the same with him.
