I have a query can a girl who is IIT phd say in 164 that guy and her wanted to meet to discuss about marriage and same day she had oral sex and actual sex with him and after that after 6 months he promised marriage to her. What does this mean ??nIn FIR she says after 1 year he forced sex after 1 year consensual sex.... should we laugh or die??

A complaint filed by a lady in regards with Sexual offences, though not supported fully by evidences, police authority has to take cognizance and investigate. What you say may be your defence but you will have to respond to the allegations
