Hello The complaint must have been registered by the Magistrate and a summoning order must have been issued. File a revision against the summoning order and in case that too gets rejected file a petition under in the hc. Regards

Recorded 156 (3) on me and my family What is absolutely false and nothing has happened, what should I do now and what can be done in this case? If it is false then challenge it in court and get it quashed. Not impossible.

not clear under what are sections of case, any order for registration of fir is there or it has been treated as complaint contact a lawyer or lawrato along with relevant papers for further giuidance
