What is the punishment for giving donation

What is the punishment given to a student who have graduated from a medical college found guilty of taking admission by paying capitation fee 6 years back.will they suspend his under graduation certificate.or what is the punishment.what if he accept that he had done such a thing and ask for forgiveness as he have already graduated. what is donation in college as per Indian Law?

Donation to educational institution is absolutely legal. Any donation paid for securing an admission is not legal as per the Right to Education Act. Similarly donation to government owned university are also not legal. But there is a limitation period to file a case for a issue.

If you have a documentary evidence to prove that he is is guilty then you can proceed even admission authority also becomes guilty in for violating the rules. So you can take legal action by complaining about this to the concerned department

Dear Sir, It is too late to lodge complaint and you may not get docomentary evidence to show that he paid competition fees and got medical graduation. You may try by filing a complaint and then get file charge sheet against him and the concerned medical college management. If FIR are not registered then you have to approach Magistrate Court by filing private complaint.
