02-May-2024 (In Criminal Law)
A complaint is registered against me under 354(A)(1)(iv), 509, 34 IPC. As per police instruction, I went to station and signed the document on last year November. But have not received any information later. and the FIR number when searched on https://thuna.keralapolice.gov.in/citizen-fir-download it says File not found. What is the normal procedure followed for such cases

There is an FIR registered in your name Section 354A1(iv) deals with making sexually coloured remarks, shall be guilty of the offence of sexual harassment. 509 criminalizes acts that insult a woman's modesty, such as words, gestures, or objects intended to be seen or heard by her, or intrusions into her privacy. Police will file a final report to the court and will issue summons. Then you can take bail from magistrate court and proceed with the court procedure. Sometimes the FIR is not available in the site mostly women and children related crimes because of the privacy of the victim.
