What is the Procedure to file FIR ? 2 goons hv beaten ruthlessly . I went to police staion , they did not files any FIr buy instead they gave me paper which Is NCR. So how can I file FIR ? Do I need lawyer or I can doit alone .. Can I fight my own case as in films or I hve to have lawyer.... Please guide me..

You can approach a DY Sp and SP with a very same complaint, if both of them doesn't entertain your complaint, you then have to find a lawyer and file a Private complaint before the Jurisdictional magistrate.

1. you can go to the police station and submit the documents to the police and request them to give protection to you. 2. there is no need to hire an advocate, but if you require then you can hire 3. ncr is filed first then fir. don't worry 4.if you do not get a proper channel then you can take the help of an advocate
