A lady created an environment that my uncle tried to rape her by placing broken bangles on bed and ran shouting out a stranger or known person came running inside the house and told my uncle that the lady is shouting and left to police station , and filed a case against my uncle pls help

If an FIR has been lodged then collect certified copy of FIR from the concerned Court. After collecting certified copy of FIR file anticipatory bail before the Learned Court and cooperate with the police and appear before the trial Court.

First of all take a bail from Ld. Magistrate Court ,thereafter you can do what ever you want to do against the lady , otherwise your uncle will be arrest by local police and for avoid such arrest you advice your uncle for take bail .
