What is the duty of the company if employees of the company harass

Is there was any duty of owner of compnay in whcih you had started to work and other employees of his office had harrase you in that city in PG . Is there was any responsibilty of owner of the compnay to wards this that other employee in office wont disturb another single employee of his company living in same PG. if yes then under which section.

If they are harrasing you then there is no need to intervene the company as you have legal rights available under the criminal law. You can file a complaint against them for your harrassment and also can file a civil claim aginst them

Yes the employer has a duty to address that harassment. The main act which puts an responsibility upon the employer to address these issues is Protection of Women against sexual harassment act, 2013.

Yes it's full duty of the owner therefore if employees of that company or owner harassing you then you can go ahead and file complaint case you can also go ahead and file civil case seeking damages for humiliation that you have gone through therefore there are both remedies available to you thanks.

Owner of the company is not responsible for anyone's personal life outside the office. what is the matter? pl. share in detail so that complete advise is accorded to you. Section applied will be known after going through the matter in detail.
