What is promise to marry rape case 376

Good Evening AdvocatesWhat if the girl alleges that promise to marry happened on 10th October 2022 and boy has the proof that she was in the same hotel room with him on 5th august 2022 to 10th august 2022Does the false promise to marry work for cases where sex happened before alleged promise to marry???

Mostly this is a part of evidence though, a girl can file a case of 376/ rape in this case as of new hon'ble supreme court judgement that sole testimony of a girl is rape if all the clues/evidence is in her favor secondary case can be registered but hard to proof.
