Kya After Arrest Filling Date And Registration Date And First Hearing Date Aa Jati Hai I Wabt To Know Please Lawyers Help Me

What you want to know... Please elaborate your question.. I think you want to know that after arrest what happened next... After arrest police present the arrested person to the magistrate with in 24 hours and thn demanad for judicial custody.. You can move bail application under section 439 crpc in the court..
