What if falsely accused of murder & anticipatory bail is rejected?

17-Dec-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Hello, My husband's elder uncle has sold the parental property without informing us as well as his younger brother. So we filled case against them before 2 years. Now in October 2017 my husband's younger uncle murdered elder brother. The younger one surrendered himself to police and admitted his crime. But my husband's cousins have mentioned in FIR that younger uncle murdered elder one with planning made with my husband, my mother-in-law and my father. My family requested pre arrest bail but it is rejected in session as well as high count. They have false claimed against us. My family is innocent as well as having proofs that they were not at crime place when this happened. Now what should we do?

You have two options, one to approach Supreme court for anticipatory bail or to surrender before the court and apply for bail. You can also file for quashing of FIR if there are sufficient grounds. Looking at your case papers appropriate remedy can be suggested
