Good Morning AdvocatesThere is a case where the lady whose age is 38 who is a doctorate in psychology, has filed a case against a 35 year old man about promise to marry and deceiving. She has mentioned that promise to marry happened in a church on 15th october 2022, but there are records where she herself travelled to Chennai from Indore and booked hotel rooms and called the man there without meeting him face to face even once much before 15th october 2022. Now she is telling that he called her on pretext of marriage. They had physical relationships before 15th october 2022, based on the records - photos and images. nThey had discussed marriage but it was post 15th october 2022 and the guy made her meet his parents. Now based on her behaviour as she didnt want to be with his parents in same home, she told him to leave them and come. She also said on record that she was forcing him to marry her. There are records where the guy is also helping her to get her close with his family.
