What happens to your quashing application in 376 if chargesheet is fil

Hello, If my Quashing application is pending with High court in the mean time I Got a call from IO that you need to be present at court on this date for Bail bond does that mean she is filing chargesheet n- Pls confirm weather it was possible to to take stay orders on chargesheet during my quashing application since i was informed stay orders on chargesheet is not possible, it can only be taken on trialnn- what will happen if chargesheet is file will my quashing application become infuctiate and trial will commencennone seperate query is your lawyer name can be missed from high court order copy even after he has appeared in the court ?

No filimg of chargesheet will not affect your quashing proceedings in HIGH court. only trial can be stayed during the pendency of quashing proceedings. if your lawyer appeared in court and his/her power of attorney is duly file in the case file then his/her name name will appear in court order.
