How can the complainant know when chargesheet is filed?What happens when chargesheet is produced ? Does the Chargesheet contain the names of actual criminals?

complainant is suppose to be intimated before filing of chargesheet. after it is filed charges are framed. yes it contains the name of accused. regards, Tanmoy Chattopadhyay, M.Sc (Net), LL.B (Delhi), Advocate, Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.

dear client , trial of the case starts after filing of chargesheet which means investigation is complete and yes it contains names and addresses of accused persons and list , statements of witnesses and all other relevant documents.. for further clarification contact me..
