What do if my girlfriends parents have house arrested her

We loved each other from 7 years .... We r childhood frnds .... my parents accepted my proposal .... Girls parents making issue and forced girl to forget everything otherwise we will commit suicide .....Girl got scared .... wat should I do now .... I should talk to her ... but she has been house arrested for 50 .... help me

You can always approach the nearest woman police station and ask them to find out whether the girl has been confined / house arrested without her consent by her parents.
In general, police/ courts will look at whether
a) the girl is a major (completed 18 years of age) and
b) The girl is forthcoming and communicates her willingness/consent to marry you
prior to counselling the girl's parents

Take your parents to girls house and try to explain the situation in a better manner that, how you are a better person as a life partner to her parents. You did not mention about your age now. If both of you are majors and have confidence on each other and more over confidence on yourself that, you will get settled soon in your life and look after her well.

File a writ of habeas corpus in the high court seeking a direction from the court to the jurisdictional police and your girlfriend's parents to produce your girlfriend before the court. The court will conduct thorough inquiry and record the statement of your girlfriend and order for her release from the custody of her parents. In the meanwhile, try to approach her parents one more time along with your parents and have a discussion for marriage.
