What can I do if IO is not submitting chargesheet?

Last year I got involved in a fight with my neighbor and police arrested me. But IO have not submitted the chargesheet yet and because of this my PCC is not getting cleared and I am facing issues in my new job. Kindly help

Hi, You can request the IO to submit the Chargesheet or you can request for status report from the concern court . It’s upto IO when he wish to file the Chargesheet as the same can be filled on completion of investigation on all aspects. Thanks and Regards Ramit Sehrawat Advocate

You should take help of an advocate and go for filing of application to avail the status report on FIR of your case. Once the application for status report would be filed by you, IO would be answerable to the court for filing of chargesheet.
