12-Mar-2023 (In Criminal Law)
What is the procedure to get the charge sheet filed by police after 90 days of the arrest? what are the court charges/fees involved? Is it per page? what is the government rate per page xerox? What are the timelines? Can an individual get it without lawyer help? is it only accessible to lawyers? Please note I am an accused in this case.

Well, you have to go into the Certified Copy Department in the concerned court where your case is ongoing and file for a Certified Copy of the Charge sheet filed by the Police in that Court. Yes, an Individual can get it without engaging a lawyer.
