My Father stays in gujarat, but whenever he comes to mumbai once in a month he does some black magic and goes, Example : He will keep a woman's hair or teeth in the drawer and go, Most of the time throw everything in Sea, but the fear is always there what will he do next. is there a way by getting an injunction i can stop him from coming home, whats the cost of injunction.
Yes. You can approach the concerned Civil Court and get an injunction order. Please confirm who is the owner of the said premises - you or your father? If you are the owner you can have an injunction order issued against him.

U can take injunction against ur Father however the court needs the proofs to give auch an injunction..
Also You will have to understand that the Court will satisfy itself to the max before granting you the injunction.
The cost will not be much as it's not property matter.
