What action to be taken against fake razi nama & forged signature

My wife booked my father in ipc 354 on the basis of fake panchyat razi nama my father did not signed the papper but after few month i put an enqiry on the basis of fake signture on that ..but now they refused that the papper was not with her ..now no one is helping us in this matter ..how that papper come out from them
Well could not clearly get you but as far as i Understood you go for an police enquiry on the matter if the dont listen then go to court to get the matter properly investigated and then if court will find substance in ur case an fir will be registered against them
