What action can be taken against abusive neighbours
19-Jul-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My neighbour and his mother abusing and misbehave with me and my family members. They are on rent. Landlord supports them and some other neighbours because of landlord influence. I gave application in police but now neighbours use vulgar language and indirectly creat problems for us. We are three female in the house and it is really threatening. Police replied that it is not possible to vacant the house of tenant. Is it no way that they vacant house? No action can be taken against them?
U have to file a strong complaint against them to nearest police station.
Complaint should contain strong sections like 354, 509 etc.
After filing complaint IO will give u a DD no. With a copy on complaint .
After that ask IO to register a FIR.

yes you can take action against them by filing a complaint against them under various sections of Indian penal code like sec 294 Ipc and 509 etc. so you ppl sld register a complaint against them near police station. for further assistance contact me
you can file a case of nuisance against them and also allege for threat for life from them. Since you do not have the ownership of the house therefore if you want to get property vacated you have to create pressure through landlord only
