Went to meet my friend father In-Law about his Marriage hindu

My friend has a problem with his marriage. He unknowingly married his wife but her mental condition is not good. So he is asking his inLaws about it, but got no response. One day me with our few friends along with him went to meet his InLaws to ask about why they didn’t inform their daughter mental condition. They took our photos at that time and talks failed so we returned back without any solution. Now after one month they filed an FIR which include my name with ill intentions. What to do

hi if the marriage is performed without disclosing the past mental condition of the wife then you could file petition for annulement of marriage and you could also file quash petition to quash the FIR as it is based on all false allegations
