You can take an action as per law against the videographer as it is your property once you paid for the work and he can not retain it legally, for appropriate course of action, you may contact us to initiate the process at the earliest to prevent any loss of your important data.

Aapke bataye huye facts ke hisaab se yeh service deficiency aur cheating ka case banta hai. Agar cameraman ne poori payment lene ke baad bhi: • Video / photos deliver nahi ki • Extra ₹3000 bhi bina wajah le liye • Aur chats me sab proof maujood hai to aapke paas strong legal remedy hai. Aap yeh steps le sakte hain: 1. Pehle usko legal notice bhejwayein (lawyer ke through) jisme 7–15 din ka time diya jaye ki ya to poora material de ya paise wapas kare. 2. Agar fir bhi nahi karta, to aap: • Consumer Court me complaint file kar sakte hain (service me kami ke liye) • Police me cheating (IPC 420) ki complaint bhi kar sakte hain agar jaanbujh kar dhokha diya ho Consumer court usually fast aur sasta remedy hota hai is tarah ke cases me. Chats, payment proof (UPI, receipt, bank transfer) sab evidence ke roop me kaam aayenge. Simple shabdon me: Uska paisa lena aur kaam na dena galat hai Aap paise wapas ,compensation dono maang sakte hain
