They fined me 1 lakh and 3 lakh to my neigh our. We only use for one month for submersible. And hmare pass submersible ka bill bhi hai ki one month pehle hi lgwaya he. Fir bhi penality maar di itni saari. Actually temporary ke liye kai baar apply kra but faaltu me chrges maang rhe thy, 70000 . Jbki hmare ghr ke aas paas sabne 5000,10000 me temparary connection liya. Ab hum bure fas gye. Kyuki jb tak case sort nhi hota permanent connection nhi milega. Shift nhi ho skte. Neighbours ka to meter hi ukhad ke le gye.
