We hired a lawyer to get a Judge's court order to do a personal investigation with the help of the police station. He applied in court and the court order is in the police station now after paying a large amount. Now my lawyer is demanding more money before he initiates FIR with the help of the police. Can I leave this lawyer and still initiate the FIR process, how can I get rid of him? Please let me know

hi yes you could file the FIR by engaging another advocate and asking the police to register the FIR and investigate the matter and to order them to file final report in the said matter and to take necessary action
