We are helpless and no idea what to do. My father's youngest child (aged-33yrs) keep abusing the parents and threaten always for money. He spend money in depositing fees in colleges for admission but he never go to college or if he go, then leave the college in few days. It has been almost 10-15 yrs, my parents suffering this. When i try to help, he threaten me as well. Is there any legal way to stop depositing fees in colleges or get his education completed.

Sir what you want to do, he never ask money from you, he is taking money from his parents, and deposit fee in college, what's wrong in it, but if he don't to study further than stop depositing fee.. And if he abuses you or the the parents than you can file a police complaint against him
