Yes case can get quashed on merit.
As you have already gone through compromise therefore the compromise terms can extend further.

hello client as you have menyuoned here tht all the accused are not yet arrested.
2 accused are behind bar in jc.
in this case bail can be granted by the high court but it will depend on the over all proceedings which is been already done till not that can o ly be analized by going through the documents of your case file and what is the full case then only we can say confirm but at this reading instance we can only say bail possible .thanks.
