ways to quash cross fir in bombay high court

in civil case one person lost and he had contempt as well as execution petition against him in pune court going on, he attacked my father who had grievious injury but police put fir on both side, we never attacked him. he attacked my father with koyata and pipe along with his brother, but police have put my name and my father name in fir sec 326 34, arms act, police act section in 2021 we went to bombay high court for quashing in 2021 and made his brother as witness. i and my father never hit him but police fir says he got simple injury his brother didn't get any injury. in pune court judge only saw fir against us and refused to discharge us in case in 2022 stating that his brother is witness, but judge did not see there are cross fir and first fir is registered by us and second is by opposite both brothers. they came to second floor at 1130 pm. now what should be our presentation to quash fir against us in bombay high court as it is pending in high court

There are very less chances of quashing of such FIR and charge sheet in such cases. For quashing the ingredient of offences are checked if fulfilled, which is very well are there and hence quashing will not be allowed

you have to face trial in lower court, quashing fir is hardly possible, it will waste your time, if you face trial smartly then you can get acquittal it can get relief it is proper way as mu suggestion
